Refund policy

 

14-DAY Return Window

We manufacture using quality materials in factories with fair employment policies. We also absorb the entire cost of free shipping, free handling, import tariffs, warehousing and storage entirely. 

Hence, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items are returned exactly as they were received.

Return Process

  • Please forward your order email to returns@itiava.com WITHIN 14 days of the package being delivered
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and  unused, with tags attached (including the paper hangtag as originally attached with the original string, and the wash/care label sewn on in original condition) and in its original packaging
  • Items with the smell of perfume, cigarettes, washing detergent or any strong scent other than the original smell of the new item will not be accepted for a return refund. We will have to donate them to a local shelter, they cannot be restocked
  • Item must be neatly folded and put back into the original transparent cover it was in
  • We will send a return receipt to print and include inside the package, and the return address.
  • Customer pays for return shipping - please save the tracking number to ensure that the return was delivered to us. 
  • Items sent back to us without following the return process above will not be accepted.

Return Address

  • Return address is in the USA
  • Please send us an email and we will let you know the return address. Items must be returned via DDP (delivery duty paid) shipping
  • We are a new brand, working on onboarding warehouse partners for quick delivery and quick inexpensive returns in different countries. For the time being, kindly bear with us.

Refund Method

Method : Back to the original form of payment (credit card or app)
Return label : Download and print, Customer responsibility to ship and pay for shipping
Refund processing time : 10 days

 

Recommendation

Please examine the SIZE CHART for EXACT JACKET MEASUREMENT before placing an order:

  • We recommend selecting a jacket which is at least 5" MORE than at your chest,  waist and bicep (upper arm).

  • If you would like an elegant drape (or) baggy cool look (or) space for a thick knit sweater inside etc, we recommend selecting a jacket 1 or 2 sizes larger than a neat fit

Damaged or Incorrect item delivered

  • Please make a short video inspecting your order upon reception and send us the video immediately within 2 days of receiving the item. 

  • If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

  • Please forward your original order email, and attach the video of opening the package and inspecting the item to  returns@itiava.com

 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchange options.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
