Refund policy

 

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We are a new store founded by a first-time designer. Our funding is quite stretched at the moment due to manufacturing costs. Please verify the garment sizes carefully before placing an order. We have tried to make the colors in the photographs as close to real as possible. 

There is a non-refundable US $50 restocking / return fee on every item that is approved for a return refund.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached (and the wash/care label sewn on in original condition) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please forward your original order email to returns@itiava.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged / Incorrect item delivered

Please make a video of opening your package when you receive your order. Inspect your order upon reception and send us the video immediately within 2 days of receiving the item. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. Please forward your original order email, and attach the video of opening the package and inspecting the item to  returns@itiava.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchange options.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
