Refund policy

 

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

  • We manufacture using quality materials in factories with fair employment policies, we also handle free shipping, free handling, import tariffs, warehousing and storage entirely. 
  • Promotional Offer: FREE returns on all orders placed between September 1 and  October 31, 2026
  • Standard Return Policy : For orders made after a promotional offer window has expired: Processing fee per return item $10 USD | €8 EUR | $13 CAD | £7 GBP

Please examine the SIZE CHART carefully for EXACT JACKET MEASUREMENT before placing an order:

  • We recommend selecting a jacket which is at least 10" (25 CM) MORE than your chest and waist size + at least 5" (13 CM) more than your bicep (upper arm).
  • If you would like an elegant drape (or) baggy cool look (or) space for a thick knit sweater inside etc, we recommend selecting a jacket at least 15" (38 CM) more at their chest or waist.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached (including the paper hangtag as originally attached and the wash/care label sewn on in original condition) and in its original packaging. 
  • Please forward your original order email to returns@itiava.com
  • We will send you a return receipt to print and include inside the package, and the return address.
  • Items sent back to us without following the return process above will not be accepted.

Damaged | Incorrect item delivered

  • Please make a short video inspecting your order upon reception and send us the video immediately within 2 days of receiving the item. 
  • If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.
  • Please forward your original order email, and attach the video of opening the package and inspecting the item to  returns@itiava.com

Exchanges
We do not offer exchange options.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
